Ladybug's Applique Flower Pillow

A friend of mine, who is an avid sailor, requested this pillow for her granddaughter, (nicknamed Ladybug). I am so flattered and it was so fun coming up with this design.

I just love mixing and matching fabrics.

Spring in Sub-Freezing Temps

Staying warm and enjoying a little quiet time here and there, I finished another pillow. This one's 16" x 12.

These are fun to make. Good way to keep practicing! Will be nice to have some tucked away as gifts!

Primary Fun Day

This is such an exciting day. There's an air of unity in my small town. Although we all may not be voting for the same candidate, we are all still voting in New Hampshire's Primary Day. Such a big day, even the schools are closed!

After digging out of the snow (4" by hand) and doing the civic duty by voting, my younger daughter and I had a wonderful time shopping and doing lunch. I wish the day could be longer!
