So hard to see around these snow banks.

We normally don't have schools closed for President's Day. However, tomorrow was going to be a 2 hour delay, not because of all the snow (which has be a lot), but because with the windchill factor, it's going to be -25°F and they don't want the kids walking or waiting for the bus in those temps! Burrrrr! But then at the last minute, tomorrow is cancelled because of down wires and impassable roads. Fierce winds!

I had to share Ames True Value Supply's photo.
Most of the storm came overnight, which is a bummer. I love watching it come down.
It's wonderful when my car's covered like this! Cleans BROOM right off, as the snow is wiped away. Now, how to do the undercarriage....

This is taken from my driver's seat and my perspective....
Went to the store to do some last minute Valentine's Day goodies and couldn't believe how high the mounds were, in the back of the lot!!!
With the upcoming snow storm, we are really going to be banked in. Pulling onto streets is a difficult task, because the snow is piled so high on the sides, one has to literally pull mostly out onto the road to see if there's oncoming traffic.

That's how much snow we've had, since the end of January!
Poor dog needed to have a path carved with the snow blower, so she could go out and squat!
Both pics are taken from doorways (second is a door we never use...).
That's our woodpile! It's been cleared between storms. Quite the snow cap, huh?
That's the window box, outside the family room window.
