I was asked to try my hand at another doll for the same fun customer! I haven't gotten very far, yet because I really try to take my time.

Here you can see the doll as it dries on my high tech drying device (heavy flowerpot and chopsticks)!

So excited to be busy again! Shipped Violet off yesterday and it so nice knowing I had another to immediately start.

Dressed, Boxed and Ready To Go

Oh so sad to see her go but her mommy has been so excited to receive her and that makes sending her off easier.

She'll be wrapped in bubble wrap. Where she'll be delivered is an office, so I don't have to worry about her sitting outside, in the elements.

She has lots of clothes packed with her favorite little toy to keep her company for the long trip.

Wish her luck on her trip and hope her mommy loves her!

Here's the finished commission! Just one more outfit to make and away she ships. I really hope her new momma loves her.

You can't see her eyelashes, but they match the hair, perfectly!

Prototype For Traveling Clothes

Hello again!

Worked a little on a design for a traveling outfit, for when my commission is shipped. She needs some stylin' travelin' clothes. right?

The bonnet is reversible. The jacket comes off and underneath is a nice cotton dress.

The outfit is shown on my doll. I am finishing Violet (the commission) tomorrow, while the girls are spending time with the aunts and other family (quiet day for momma).
