Yummmmmm!

Oh, what does a good sale on meat and the weekend's leftover Oberon Cabernet Sauvignon mean?
Just the best pot roast ever!

This is just before going into the oven for a couple hours. I don't mind telling you, it already smells great and I could dig in, right now.
