Garden Goodies and New Toy!

Hello again!
Growing goodies in the garden! Can't wait until they are big enough to pick. Been gathering a lot of zucchini and cucumbers and making tons of pickles!

Orange Pepper - Only one plant and only one pepper, but his is big and poud!

WMUR Fun Photo Gallery

Hello again!
Our only TV station, WMUR, has a fun gallery of very wonderful New Hampshire photos, sent in by our local viewers. Bitten by the shutterbug, I too have set up a couple of albums.

WMUR ULocal Photos

Please visit my albums and comment. I'd even appreciate a rating, for some of the photos will be featured on our Chronicle program, published in a book, and possibly displayed in a show at a museum! What a fun little happy that would be (and those who know me personally, know I need a little right about now!).

Thank you for stopping by. Please come again.

Pink Bread! (Or what's left of it! :D !)

Been so long since I've made pink bread!
Leslie Anne Pease

Typical white bread with read food coloring! Isn't that fun? Used to make fun little sandwiches for my daughters, when they were in preschool. I'd use cookie cutters to remove the crust. Their little classmates used to love seeing the sandwiches at snack time!

This was a HuGe LoAf and I can't believe what's left, already!!! Guess I'm making more tomorrow!

Thank you for stopping by. Please come again.

Beautiful Sunset Skyscapes

This beautiful sky's photograph was captured August 18th, while driving home from from my older daughter's birthday dinner, in Nashua. We couldn't believe how beautiful it was and how long it lasted.

This photograph was taken while we were also driving home from Nashua, last night.

We live in a small little (what my friend likes to call....) knoll, surrounded by tall pines. It's always a treat when we're out and about and see these great skyscapes from the road. I am so glad I finally have a good cellphone, I'd be kicking myself, otherwise.

These IPhones take such great pictures! I honestly wonder how much better the picture would really be if taken with a pro's camera and all sorts of filters? Mine almost look like I used filters and digital imaging to enhance, as it is!!! :D

Homemade Crabapple Jelly

This took a while to make, but worth every minute and every one of the ten jars! Yum!!!! The crabapples are from a tree in our yard.

Feeling the sugar from all the taste-testing. Ah, what a hard life.

And One For Mama! :D

PINEAPPLE SLICES Sterling Silver Bracelet

Hello again!
Just finished this fun bracelet. I call it PINEAPPLE SLICES because when held one way, the chain pattern looks like pineapples and when held another, the pattern looks like slices.

Each sterling silver jump ring was made by me, using the wire wrapping technique and there are over 170 rings total. They are 4mm in size and when the pattern is complete, the bracelet measures a tick over 5mm thick.

Took a while to finish this one. Haven't had much "Me" time these days, things have been kind of crazy. Hoping I will have more time once school starts again.

Oh these look like they are going to be delicious in a pie or something good, this winter. Cherries are so plentiful now!
