Along with the vintage sweaters, I love to knit matching booties and hats. Here are some booties I recently finished (while the weather was so rainy... now I only have time to catch up in the gardens!)
The pattern book is by Val Pierce; 20 To Make Baby Bootees. I found my copy in Michaels but I am sure there are copies on Amazon, too.
Easy to follow patterns! I converted these into a circular needle version, because I am not a huge fan of seams and try to eliminate them, when possible.
I highly recommend this book. Val Pierce gives several different bootie designs and a couple are really adorable!
