A Couple Spare Hours

Busy day.....

After school registration and band camp, there wasn't much time left before dinner time. So I decided to re-discover a pattern I created years ago and fiddle with some spare fabrics leftover from the most recent quilt.

Definitely a fun way to use up fabrics leftover from other projects. Gonna put this in my Grandmother's Hope Chest, I started awhile ago.

The Toms Came Back

These guys pop over for a visit, but this is the first time I've been able to photograph them, so well!

Good thing our beagle, Hazel was inside! She'd love to chase these guys around, for sure!

Just Finished

Took most of the summer, but it's done for my cousin's daughter's birthday and shipped to her college.

Drunkard "Quilt-As-You-Go" quilt. I did this without the usual sashing between the blocks.

Tonight was the best thunderstorm we've had in years!

Someone Hopped In For a Visit!

All over the village, beautiful Rose of Sharon (hibiscus) bushes have been in bloom, for weeks. FINALLY my plant has bloomed. And this green little guy seems equally as happy as I!

Beautiful Evening At Hampton Beach

I really love it here. It's a place that makes me smile from the minute I arrive to when it's time to go! (And then I continue to smile, recalling all the fun).

Even Seabrook's power plant looks wonderful in the sunset!
