Three Eastern Bluebirds were hanging out around the feeder, during the icy rainstorm. Very skittish but I managed to get a few good shots of them!

It's so cold, so the only subject easy to capture are my songbirds, in my backyard. I don't mind. They make wonderful subjects!

And the birds are loving it!
Too bad I missed most of the beautiful day. After my long day of tennis (3 hours), I had to stay inside and wait for a delivery. I would have loved to be out with my feathered friends MUCH longer.

You wouldn't know it by looking at this suet, first thing in the morning!
But things got a bit warmer and my Woodpecker showed up!
I love watching my birds thru my kitchen window! I feel like when it's winter, my feeders are a good portion of their daily intake need!
I hear Woodpeckers in the woods but they always seem so elusive. I love seeing them on my suet feeder.
